IS THE EVENT BEING AIRED ON TELEVISION?
The event will be broadcast LIVE on Fox Sports Australia and Sky Sports NZ

Ticketing

MUST I BRING MY TICKET TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE EVENT?
All ticket holders must present their physical ticket to gain entry to the event. You will be issued with one ticket PER DAY so please check which day’s ticket you have before heading to the stadium. Please remember No Ticket, No Entry!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY TICKET?
If you misplace your ticket, please contact Ticketek on 132 849 if calling from Australia. Alternatively you can head to the Ticketek box office windows (from gates opening) on game day and they can re print your ticket/s.  Please note you will need the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

IS THE EVENT ALLOCATED SEATING?
Yes, all tickets have allocated seating, however you will be able to walk around the concourse through-out the day.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKETS?
No refunds, however you can give your ticket to someone else if you decide not to attend.  Please note if you hold a concession or junior ticket an adult cannot use this ticket.

CAN I GET A TICKET FOR JUST ONE DAY?
Yes you can purchase either a two-day ticket or a one day ticket for just Friday or just Saturday. Visit www.ticketek.com.au/brisbanetens for ticketing options.

WILL THERE BE DOOR SALES?
Yes there will be door sales available on both Friday and Saturday.

I HAVE A FAMILY ZONE TICKET – WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
If you have purchased tickets to the family zone, please note this is an alcohol free zone and no alcohol may be consumed in this area. Keep your kids safe in a crowd. Write the contact phone number for an attending adult on their inner forearm and write your block and seat number on a wrist band or similar. If they can’t find you, tell them to find a Police Officer to help.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR THIS EVENT?
There is no age restriction for this event. Juniors are 4-15 years, and children under 3 years are free on the knee.

AM I ABLE TO GO IN AND OUT OF THE STADIUM DURING THE DAY
You are permitted to leave the Stadium at any time. Pass-outs are available on exit but you must have this pass-out and ticket/s purchased in order to return into the Stadium.

Entry into the Stadium

UPON ENTRY
The Stadium has the right to refuse entry to anyone who is drunk or disorderly or whose conduct is unlawful. 

Persons under the age of 12 must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.

Bags and other items may be subject to inspection and Patrons may be searched. Patrons who refuse inspections or searches may be denied entry to the Stadium.

DRESS CODE
Patrons who are, in the opinion of Stadium management, offensively attired, displaying political slogans or whose attire may cause a hazard or compromise safety may also be refused entry into the Stadium. Costumes or masks that conceal identify, may also be refused entry to the stadium.

CAN I TAKE FOOD AND DRINK WITH ME INTO SUNCORP STADIUM?
Patrons are permitted to bring home-made food into the stadium however any commercially prepared items (eg fast food outlets, large packets of chips etc) are not permitted. Patrons will either need to consume or dispose of the items outside the stadium. This does not apply to food or beverages for patrons with special dietary requirements, provided that such food or beverages are not packaged in prohibited containers (such as glass or cans)

STAY WEATHER SMART
Remember to be weather smart by bringing sunscreen, sunhats and a jacket if required.

WILL THERE BE WATER AVAILABLE?
There will be water bubblers available on the public concourse where patrons may fill up their water bottles free of charge. We encourage all patrons to keep hydrated through-out the course of the tournament.

STADIUM COOL ZONES
Whilst the weather forecast is looking a lot more tolerable this year, there will still be misting fans, shaded open standing areas and decks to keep fans cool throughout the weekend.

WHAT TIME DO THE BARS OPEN?
Bars will begin operating (staggered) from gates opening on both days

AMENITIES
There will be food and drink available on all levels of the stadium as well as on the North Plaza. All food and beverage outlets have EFTPOS facilities. ATMs are located in the North and South stands near the entry gates and information desks.

Merchandise

Official merchandise is available to purchase at brisbaneglobaltensstore.com or from any Zoo Sport outlet at Suncorp Stadium during tournament weekend.

OFFICIAL PROGRAMS
Fans can purchase an official tournament program at the event. Youngcare representative are located around the concourse inside gates A & B and D & E as well as roving around the stadium.

Activities in-stadia

HEINEKEN HILL
Collection Point to collect Heineken Hill merchandise packs prior to entry into the stadium is located at Gates A and B.

HEINEKEN HILL
Located in the North West corner of the Stadium.

HEINEKEN HILL EXCLUSIVE BAR
Exclusive to HH ticket holders, located on Level 3, behind bay 316

50/50 CHARITY RAFFLE DRAW
Youngcare is the official charity recipient of the tournament. 

Fans can purchase a 50-50 draw ticket at the event. 50% of the prize pool goes to the lucky winner, with the remaining 50% going to charity, which in turn will go towards helping young people with high care needs. 

Fans can monitor the draw and the funds raised in real time on mobile iPads and big screens.

Raffle sellers are located around the concourse inside gates A & B and D & E as well as roving around the stadium.

TRIPLE M – ROCK PATROL
Located at the Northern Plaza. Live broadcast, giveaways and the classic catch inflatable.

TRIPLE M – LUKE, LIBBY AND DOBBO’S 10K BULLRUSH
20 Triple M listeners have scored themselves the chance at $10,000! All they have to do is win the ultimate game of bullrush… an inflatable zorb ball for the chance to go head to head against a team of sporting celebs in inflatable Sumos and claim the $10k! Saturday afternoon kick off on the field.

TRIPLE M – THE BIG BREAKFAST CODEWORD WATCH AND WIN
Watch the big screen while you’re at the Tens and get Triple M’s Big Breakfast code word. Listen to The Big Breakfast on Monday for a chance to win a very easy $1,000 by simply calling in with the code word!

CROWD DJ
Fans choose the tunes on the stadium PA, in the beer garden, and in selected stadium bars direct from their Spotify playlist. Fans can vote via the Crowd DJ app or visit level 3 South Stand behind bay 311 (beneath the replay screen)
